Who We Are
Unlocking Language provides independent speech and language therapy services to children including adolescents.
Unlocking Language is here to guide children, including teens, through their communication journeys. Our dedicated team consists of experts who not only possess advanced training in various proven techniques but also have the essential clearances and affiliations with renowned professional bodies like the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Though our primary clinics are located in Canary Wharf and Gidea Park (Romford), we offer services across London and regions like Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey. Moreover, many local authorities and healthcare groups across the nation trust and commission our services.

Who We Are
Unlocking Language began in 2013 when our CEO, Shermeena Rabbi, founded the company with the vision of revolutionising speech and language services. Starting in a small office, "Tartan House," we secured our first school client, Ark Globe Academy, and our first adult institution, Enable Care.
By 2014, we expanded our team and moved to larger offices, first "Waterfront Studios" and then "Beaufort Court." In 2015, we hired our first employees and secured a landmark NHS contract in Liverpool. In 2018, we forged a critical partnership with the London Borough of Southwark and moved to "Ensign House," highlighting our steady growth.
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 prompted us to swiftly pivot to online services, showcasing our adaptability. By June 2021, we resumed face-to-face clinics, and in 2022, we moved to "Harbour Exchange," marking a new phase.
Our journey from "Tartan House" to "Harbour Exchange" underscores our dedication and commitment to providing top-quality language services. We look forward to continuing to unlock new possibilities in language and communication services.
